My name is Grey and I use He/They pronouns (either is totally fine, really). I grew up in southwestern Michigan before the military took me around the world and I landed finally in Denver, Colorado. Some of my big influences for D&D come from shows and movies like Lord of the Rings, Avatar the Last Airbender, Legend of Korra, Lost City of Atlantis, animes of many types, and more; as well as books written by authors like Terry Pratchett and Brandon Sanderson. My primary hobby is gaming and I pull lots of themes and influence from the wide range of games I play. Outside of that, I spend a good deal of time acting, hanging out with my dog, and watching shows.
Millennia ago an enterprising settler made her way from the distant continent of Sarlona to the archipelago in Northeastern Khorvaire, which would later carry her name: the Lhazaar Principalities.Lhazaar became a notorious admiral and pirate, coining the title of “High Prince” of the pirates for herself, in effect leading the lawless fleets of the many pirate captains. For centuries after her death, the Lhazaarian Princes have followed the one major unwritten rule established by Lhazaar: a Prince takes their title by power, and not by birth. So far, they have maintained a culture of respectful competition amongst the captains, admirals, and Princes across the islands. After the Last War, High Prince Ryger united the Princes for long enough to be recognized as a sovereign nation under the Treaty of Thronehold. In the entire history of the Principalities, no High Prince has ever had complete legal control over the doggedly independent sailors. But the culture of the isles is not so easily bound by paper. Rumors now fly that Lhazaar’s treasure is hidden somewhere among the islands and whoever finds it first would become the most powerful Prince since Lhazaar herself rode these winds. Set sail on Eberron’s seas fraught with danger, seaborne, humanoid, and supernatural alike. Contend with ancient magic and curses and learn the truth about High Prince Lhazaar’s rise to power. Race against ambitious admirals, vicious pirates, and powerful Princes; all who hope to find the treasure first – by any means necessary.
