Polyhedra names, logos, and trade dress are proprietary. No confusing, disparaging, or unauthorized use.

Submit only content you own or control. You grant rights for storage, display, and distribution per applicable licenses.

Report infringement via Contact form or email with subject “Claim of copyright infringement” to david@polyhedra.io.

Owned by Polyhedra/licensors. Personal, noncommercial license only; no redistribution, public performance, or derivatives.

No harassment, illegal content, impersonation, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, ad blocking, overload, or interference.

We may suspend/terminate access, including paid products, for violations, misuse, or business/technical reasons.

Services are “as is,” without warranties. We don’t control third-party sites or guarantee accuracy or safety.

No indirect/consequential damages. Liability ≤ greater of $100 or fees paid in prior 12 months. Claims expire after 1 year.

You will indemnify and defend Polyhedra and affiliates for claims arising from your use, violations, or content.

New Mexico law governs. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in New Mexico; you consent to jurisdiction.

English controls; no waiver by inaction; severability applies; you can’t assign; we may assign without restriction.
